1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services. This includes your public wallet address when you connect to the Platform, transaction data recorded on the blockchain, and content you voluntarily upload (games, assets, profile information). We may also collect anonymized usage data to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provide and maintain Platform functionality; display your content and profile to other users; process transactions and smart contract interactions; improve and optimize the Platform; communicate important updates; and ensure platform security. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Blockchain Data

Transactions on the blockchain are public and permanent. Your wallet address, transaction history, and interactions with smart contracts are visible on the public blockchain. This is inherent to blockchain technology and not within our control. We recommend using a dedicated wallet for the Platform if you prefer to keep your activity separate.

4. Information Sharing

We may share information with: service providers who assist in Platform operations; law enforcement when required by law; other users when you make your content public. We do not share your information for marketing purposes without your consent. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for analytics and research.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use local storage and similar technologies to remember your preferences, maintain your session, and improve user experience. You can clear this data through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if you disable these technologies.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You have the right to: access your personal information; request deletion of off-chain data we store; update your profile information; disconnect your wallet at any time. Note that blockchain data cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure. We use encryption, secure connections, and regular security audits. You are responsible for keeping your wallet credentials secure.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
